How do I add a new credit card to my account?

If your account is showing the past due banner at the top of your dashboard, it means that your credit card information needs to be updated to renew your subscription. Follow these steps to input new card details:

1. Select Active Site from the Dashboard navigation bar to dropdown your administrative options:

2. Select the grey Account button:

3. Select Payment Methods under the Manage Account header.

If you are already logged into your Dashboard, you can use this link to quickly navigate to the Payment Methods page right now:

4. Select the green Add New Card button on the lefthand side. You aren't able to edit cards already in your account, so you will need to add the card again if your current card has a new expiration date or other change.


5. Add your new card information into the area that appears and Save.

Note: Only the primary user (Owner) on the account can edit the payment information.
