After your 14-day free trial expires, you will not be able to edit the content or design of your website. Your dashboard will show the next steps you can take:
You will have 4 options:
- Purchase your website - simply click on the Upgrade your site link to choose a monthly or annual plan, then input your payment information.
- Request an extension - Give your explained situation and one of our Account Managers can extend your trial. To request or discuss an extension, contact our dedicated support team at support@gospacecraft.com and we will be happy to help.
Note: It can take up to two weeks for a trial extension to be processed.
- Create a new website - Select Choose a Template to begin creating a new website. You will have a new 14-day free trial for this brand new website as well.
- Delete your website - Go to your Account in the gray navigation bar, and select Trial Websites. Select the trashcan icon next to the website you wish to delete.
After 120 days of inactivity, your site will be automatically deleted from our system.
